James Phipps

James, an entrepreneur, was born and raised in Swindon and joined WCF due to their shared passion for helping young people succeed and tackling homelessness.

He was Wiltshire Business Person of the Year in 2011 and 2012 and now mentors businesses and other entrepreneurs.

He has also been a Governor for the White Horse Federation and was nominated for Philanthropist of the Year at the recent Wiltshire Life Awards after co-founding a charitable foundation for young people in Wiltshire and Kenya in 2016.

James is actively involved in various community groups and charities; this includes being a Patron for Swindon 105.5 and an Ambassador for Jessie May.  He is married with two young daughters and travels around the world watching various sports as his main hobby.
