Dame Elizabeth Neville DBE QPM

As Chief Constable of Wiltshire from 1997-2004, Dame Elizabeth worked with the Community Foundation as part of the partnership with other statutory bodies and the voluntary sector. As High Sheriff in 2010/11, Elizabeth engaged more closely with the Community Foundation, raising money to contribute to the High Sheriff’s Fund and got to know the Foundation even better, seeing the power of the work it does.  Elizabeth has particular interest in supporting young people and vulnerable elderly people.

Elizabeth lives near Salisbury and currently works in the public sector, carrying out adjudication work for Companies House, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Pensions Regulator and the Phone Paid Services Authority.  Elizabeth is now a Deputy Lieutenant for Wiltshire and a trustee of the Bobby Van.
